Handcrafted Products Notice

At Peraku, many of our products are handcrafted using traditional techniques. Due to the manual nature of these processes, you might observe minor imperfections that are part of each item's charm and uniqueness. These should not be considered defects but a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship that goes into every piece.

Examples of Handmade Characteristics Include:

  • Block-Printed Sarees: You may notice slight overlaps in prints or unevenness. These variations are inherent to the block printing process.
  • Naturally Dyed Items: Products dyed with natural substances, such as Indigo, may exhibit some colour bleeding. This is typical of traditional dyeing techniques like Sanganeri, Bagru, Bagh, or Ajrakh.
  • Hand-embroidered sarees: There might be minor marks, or small thread pulls. These are subtle and usually only visible upon close inspection.

These characteristics highlight the uniqueness of each handcrafted piece and reflect the skilled artistry involved. Every product undergoes careful quality checks at our facility before shipping to ensure you receive the highest quality item possible.

Exchange/ Return Policy

While we strive for perfection, mistakes can happen, as it is human to error. If you receive a damaged product, we are willing to accept returns. To facilitate this process, please provide a video of you opening the parcel and inspecting the product for damages at the time of opening.

While we strive to photograph our products in natural daylight and use the best resources available to ensure accurate representations, slight variations in colour may still occur due to the nature of photography and differences in screen resolutions and graphics. Please note that these minor differences in colour are not eligible grounds for a return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Request: Must be submitted  via email within 2 days of receiving the parcel on contact@peraku.com
  • Condition of Products: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • Reverse Pickup: We will arrange the reverse pickup once the exchange request is raised.
  • Shipping Charges: No shipping charges apply for exchanges.
  • One-Time Exchange: Items can be exchanged only once and are not eligible for further exchanges or returns.
  • Processing Time: The exchange order will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving the returned items

Refund Policy

  • Return Request: Must be submitted  via email within 2 days of receiving the parcel on contact@peraku.com
  • Condition of Products: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned items.
  • Return Shipping Charges: A fee of Rs. 300 will be applicable for returns.

Important Note:

  • Return and replacement are not available for international orders.
  • Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange online.
